0.75 of an hour is equal to 34 minutes.

Using this formula, we could convert an employee's 8 hours and 30 minutes on Tuesday to 8.50 hours.

Subtract employees' work hours for meals and breaks. Subtract the total number of hours remaining from the total number of hours worked to generate payroll for your employee.
